How much do therapy sessions cost?
I offer a free initial telephone consultation for us both to get to know each other and you can ask any questions you may have. If you decide to take up face to face or remote counselling sessions, they cost £50 per session and take place in Leeds City Centre Park Square LS1. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly.
What is your confidentiality policy?
The contents of our sessions are confidential and are in accordance with the BACP’s Ethical Framework. Only if yourself or someone else is in serious danger or at risk of harm, would any contact be made with third parties.
What happens in counselling & psychotherapy?
Therapy provides a space for you to explore whatever your difficulties or issues are in a safe environment. You can discuss and explore whatever you wish, from current events in your day-to-day, to issues from the past, supporting you towards your own individual goals and developed awareness.
Do you offer online or remote counselling sessions?
Yes, I offer both face-to-face and remote counselling sessions via secure video/phone calls, so you can receive support from the comfort of your home.
What should I expect in my first session?
In your first session, we will go through our therapy agreement together and any questions you may have. The sessions will be led by you and at your own pace. You only need to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
