How much do sessions cost?
I know how difficult it can be to find the right therapist so I offer a free initial telephone consultation for us both to get to know each other and you can ask any questions you may have. If you decide to take up face to face counselling sessions they cost £50 per session and take place in Leeds City Centre Park Square LS1.
What is your confidentiality policy?
The contents of our sessions are confidential and are in accordance with the BACP’s Ethical Framework. Only if yourself or someone else is in serious danger or at risk of harm, would any contact be made with third parties.
What happens in counselling & psychotherapy?
Therapy provides a space for you to explore whatever your difficulties or issues are in a safe environment. You can discuss and explore whatever you wish, from current events in your day-to-day, to issues from the past, supporting you towards your own individual goals and developed awareness.
