Supervision
I am currently training as a supervisor and completing an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working via Counselling Tutor. I am offering low cost supervision in-person in Leeds and/or online for the duration of my training.
About me and my approach
Alongside being a therapist, I love connecting with people either over a good cup of coffee, or going for a walk together in a local park or by the canal. I find joy and balance through swimming, which helps me clear my mind, I'm an avid audiobook listener, and I enjoy trying my hand at doing something creative (to varying degrees of success!).

I am currently training in the 7-Eyed Model of supervision, a holistic, flexible, and insightful approach that explores not just the work you do with your clients, but the wider picture. This means we’ll consider your personal and professional growth, your relationship with clients, and the broader systems that influence your work.
My approach is integrative with a person-centred, trauma informed core. I’ve worked in a range of settings in both private practice and the third sector, in person and online, and have experience working with young people, adults, and groups. I’ve helped develop new charity pilot projects across Leeds, and have experience as a counselling co-ordinator. I also have additional training and interest in working with trauma, identity, and bereavement. I know how challenging – and rewarding – this work can be, and I’m here to offer a supportive space for you to reflect, grow, and navigate your practice with confidence.
