Supervision
Supervision that values honesty, reflection, and growth, without judgment. A collaborative approach that helps you discover the kind of counsellor you want to be.
I am offering a space where you can bring doubts, mistakes, or difficult moments without fear, (because lets face it, we’ve all been there). Feeling safe to grow and develop ourselves is how we make sure clients get the support they deserve.
If this sounds like the kind of supervision space you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you.

About me and my approach
I have completed an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working. I am trained in the 7-Eyed Model of supervision, a holistic, flexible, and insightful approach that explores not just the work you do with your clients, but the wider picture. This means we’ll consider your personal and professional growth, your relationship with clients, and the broader systems that influence your work.
My approach is integrative with a person-centred, trauma informed core. I’ve worked in a range of settings in both private practice and the third sector, in person and online, and have experience working with young people, adults, and groups. I’ve helped develop new charity pilot projects across Leeds, and have experience as a counselling co-ordinator and senior practitioner. I also have additional training and interest in working with trauma, identity, and bereavement. I know how challenging – and rewarding – this work can be, and I’m here to offer a supportive space for you to reflect, grow, and navigate your practice with confidence.
